每當我來到聖體朝拜時，我會撇開日常的瑣事而來朝拜天主。有的時侯我會向耶穌訴説我生命中的煩惱與憂慮，畢竟祂不是曾説過：｢凡勞苦和負重擔的，你們都到我跟前來，我要使你們安息。｣（瑪竇福音 11:28 ）
我説：｢主耶穌基督，感謝祢把祢自己經由聖體聖血給了我們，我愛祢！｣ 然後，我就只管閉上眼睛安静的坐在那裏聆聼天主在我内心向我説的話，我的心裏充滿了平安。
團體的成員們在每個月的第三個周日彌撒前有聖體朝拜。聖體朝拜是提供給那些尋求内心深處天主的臨在的人有一個沈思，靜觀和默禱的寜靜時間。在這裏學有關耶穌基督在聖體聖事内真實的臨在。
Whenever I come to Eucharistic Adoration, I put aside my daily concerns and visit with God. Sometimes, I tell Jesus the worries and troubles of my life; after all, he said, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
I say, “Lord Jesus, thank you for giving yourself to us in the Eucharist. Lord Jesus, I love you.” Then, I simply sit quietly with my eyes closed and listen to what God is saying to me in my heart. My heart is filled with peace.
Members of the community participate in Eucharistic Adoration every third Sunday before Mass. This devotion provides a quiet time for contemplation, meditation and silent prayer for those who seek the Lord in the depths of their hearts.
